Alphonso Harvey Jr., is a North Carolina born, Florida raised businessman based in Nashville, TN. Over the past 14 years he has worked in corporate America in a variety of roles at UPS. Serving now as an Account Manager for the Greater Nashville Metropolitan area for a multi-million dollar portfolio, Alphonso consults with business owners to stream line processes and increase their efficiencies to enhance their bottom line. Alphonso graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Regis University and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University.

Alphonso has received many accolades for his work at UPS. In 2011 he was accepted to the World Of Champions, home to the top 3% of salesman at UPS. In 2012 he was recognized as the top salesman in his market segment, for Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Alphonso is viewed as a leader in the organization and is called on to mentor junior professionals in the organization, several of which whom have been promoted to areas of increasing responsibility.

In addition to his work at UPS, Alphonso is an accomplished entrepreneur, owning several businesses, including AWH Productions, an event production company.  AWH Productions has created several signature events ranging from The Black Out for Vanderbilt Homecoming, to The Frankie Beverly and Maze and KEM Concert.


Alphonso is also very active in the community, volunteering with the HOYAS foundation, a group that mentors at risk middle school age boys. He also is very active in his fraternity, The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. He strives to help people achieve their dreams and subscribes to the mantra that, “There are no problems, just unfound solutions”.
